These animations were produced for the website of Dysruptx, a Glasgow-based biotechnology spinout developing a novel class of macrocyclic peptide therapeutics called Dysruptors. The animations were created to communicate the company's core platform to investors, partners, and collaborators.

Dysruptx's technology exploits the naturally evolved binding interfaces of disease-driving protein-protein interactions to inform the structure of macrocyclic peptides that mimic and disrupt those interactions. The animation therefore showcases the design process and the mechanism of action at a high level to communicate these core features of the technology in an engaging and effective way.
